Mobile Print - PrinterShare
Have you ever gone to an interview or a meeting and realized you did not have an important document with you? Sometimes, it can be very frustrating especially if you have the doc on your phone and there is no way for you to print it. I have been in this situation many times. This was the story of my life until I discovered PrinterShare. This tool allows me to print wirelessly from my phone. Here are more details.
This app has great features. For one, it allows you to print everything via a wireless Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Google Cloud Print connection. You also have the option of connecting through a USB cable. This application also has a number of printing options that allow you to customize your printout. You can use them to change your font and page margin, orientation, size, source, and mode. Ease of Use
PrinterShare is a very straightforward app. From the moment I got it, I did not experience any challenge using it because everything was self-explanatory. It also has excellent performance. It does not crash or freeze when I am using it. It hasn’t affected my device’s normal operation either. I like that the developers are constantly improving the app. In the latest version, they have fixed bugs and made the overall functionality of the app better.
This application has an uncomplicated interface that features very few UI elements. The drop-down menu is conveniently located at the top right. This gives you access to the ‘select printer’ feature. I also like that the app doesn’t have many screens to navigate. Everything is on one simple screen which makes it beginner friendly. The design is not so great because it doesn’t have any colors - it is plain white. Nevertheless, minimalism is always in fashion.
PrinterShare is free. However, the free version has a limitation on the number of files you can print. To get unlimited printing, you will have to upgrade to premium which is available through in-app purchases and goes for $4.99.
- User-friendly interface;
- It has plenty of useful features;
- It can be used to print different things not just documents.
- You have to upgrade to premium to get unlimited printing;
- Does not support all printers;
- The Google Cloud Print option can only work with the latest version of Chrome. This means you will occasionally have to update your browser to get it to work.
PrinterShare is one of my favorite mobile printers because it has made printing things very easy and convenient for me. With this tool, you never have to worry about forgetting a document since you can print it within no time from your phone. Get it on the App Store or Google Play Store.
